Made from 100% recycled tires and free of metal fibers, this rubber crumb synthetic turf infill acts as a cushion material in synthetic turf to provide additional safety against injuries from falls from athletes and children. This crumb rubber is a finely ground, powdered rubber produced from whole tires. When the rubber infill is applied to synthetic turf, it helps the turf blades stand up, increasing safety and stability. We recommend 1-3 pounds of rubber per square foot of turf. Spread rubber out evenly over turf and brush in with either a hand or power broom.
