Policy
- Item(s) must be in NEW and UNUSED
condition. All parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information
and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product
in order to be eligible for a full refund less the original shipping costs
and prepaid return label if applicable. All returns will be inspected
prior to the refund being issued.
- The return must be received within 30 DAYS from
the purchase date.
- Custom/Special orders and personalized items are
non-refundable.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be
processed if payed by credit card. If paid by PayPal please allow 2-3
business days.

Incorrect
/ Damaged / Defective Shipments
- All products are covered under the manufacturer's
warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer's warranty
period; we will do everything possible to assist you in resolving the
issue.
- Defective merchandise will either be repaired or
replaced. The repair or replacement process can take up to 3-4 weeks to
complete/resolve.
