Item(s) must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.
The return request must be received within 30 DAYS from the purchase date.
Custom/Special orders and personalized items are non-refundable.
All Specials and 2nd Quality Products are highly discounted, as-is, and non-refundable.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed if paid by credit card. If paid by PayPal please allow 2-3 business days.
