• Item(s) must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.
• The return request must be received within 30 DAYS from the purchase date.
• Custom/Special orders and personalized items are non-refundable.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed if paid by credit card. If paid by PayPal please allow 2-3 business days.

Incorrect / Damaged / Defective Shipments

• Defective merchandise will be replaced if accompanied with photo evidence within 1-2 days of delivery.
